📋 Description
• Own and execute high-priority Tutor initiatives end-to-end • Build and lead the tutor community • Drive new growth initiatives (research → decide → launch) • Own tutoring quality & safety systems (AI-enabled)
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment • Have owned cross-functional projects or initiatives end-to-end with measurable results • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and creating structure where none exists • Strong user empathy and ability to build trust with users or customers directly • Can translate user insights into decisions, systems, or product/operational improvements • Experience building or improving processes, tools, or systems that scale impact • Thrive in high-autonomy, high-impact roles • Passionate about helping teachers build thriving tutoring businesses through our platform
