📋 Description

• Own and manage complex quantum applications and IT projects from initial planning through implementation, acceptance, and deployment • Ensure contractually binding deliverables are completed on time, within scope, within budget, and to required quality standards • Define project goals, deliverables, milestones, and schedules for multiple projects • Manage project scope, resource allocation, risks, dependencies, and accountability across workstreams • Establish project governance and maintain detailed delivery plans • Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, including country management, technical, product, R&D, project management, partner, and customer teams • Provide regular updates, reporting, and technical demonstrations to leadership, partners, and customers • Represent Classiq at industry events, workshops, and academic venues • Monitor project KPIs including schedule, deliverable quality, and stakeholder engagement • Integrate emerging methodologies in project management, application development, and quantum software development • Ensure effective communication, timely escalation, stakeholder alignment, and successful delivery of contractual commitments

🎯 Requirements

• Native-level Korean and professional fluency in English • Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science, Physics, Engineering, or similar • 3+ years of project/program management experience in high-tech or deep-tech environments • Solid understanding of quantum computing, or high motivation and capability to learn quantum computing algorithms • Experience working with research or software teams and public/private partnerships • Excellent communication skills, including translating complex technical matters for diverse stakeholders • Proficiency with project planning and tracking tools, Gantt charts, milestone management, risk registers, resource planning, and status reporting • PMP or similar certification is a bonus • MSc or PhD in Quantum Computing or related disciplines is a bonus • Experience implementing Lean Six Sigma or similar principles for software development projects is a bonus
