📋 Description
• Project opstart: Inspectie van de projectlocatie samen met de klant, opstellen van een gedetailleerd rapport en bepalen van de benodigde materialen en technische tekeningen in samenwerking met de werkvoorbereider. • Planning & Coördinatie: Opstellen van een werkschema voor de arbeiders, verdelen van taken en coördineren van de uitvoering van het project. • Veiligheid: Waarborgen van de veiligheid op de werf en zorgen voor naleving van alle veiligheidsvoorschriften. • Voortgang & Klantcontact: Bewaken van de voortgang, onderhouden van klantcontact en organiseren van werfvergaderingen om knelpunten snel te identificeren en op te lossen. • Oplevering & Nazorg: Zorgen voor een tijdige oplevering en plannen van opvolgingscontroles om te garanderen dat het project voldoet aan de gestelde normen. • Meerdere Projecten: Beheren van meerdere projecten tegelijk, met verantwoordelijkheid voor de uitvoering, communicatie en nazorg.
🎯 Requirements
• Technische kennis: Je hebt genoten van een technische opleiding en je hebt ervaring met elektrische installaties en verlichting. • Teamleider: Je weet hoe je een team moet motiveren en aansteken om doelen te bereiken. • Mobiliteit: Met je rijbewijs B ben je klaar om verschillende werven in Vlaanderen te bezoeken. • Talen: Vlotte kennis van het Nederlands. • Tu parles un peu Francais? Nog beter! • Plannen & tekeningen: Je leest plannen en technische tekeningen met gemak. • Software: Je hebt een eerste ervaring met tools zoals Autocad, E-plan, Tricker en Dialux.
