📋 Description

• Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for your target region that aligns with the company’s goals and objectives. • Identify and pursue new business opportunities while managing existing client relationships. • Conduct market research to understand competitive landscape and client needs. • Engage with C-level executives and key decision-makers to articulate Cleafy’s value proposition and develop customized solutions. • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute campaigns that drive lead generation and brand awareness. • Track sales performance and provide regular reports on metrics and forecast. • Provide feedback from clients to the technical and product teams to inform product development and improve service delivery. • Attend industry events and represent Cleafy professionally to enhance our visibility in the market.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the cybersecurity, SaaS, or technology industries with a focus on enterprise sales. • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding targets. • Strong understanding of market dynamics, competitor landscape, and customer requirements. • Ability to communicate complex technical solutions to a non-technical audience. • Exceptional interpersonal and networking skills with a strong ability to build relationships. • Fluency in English and Portuguese. Spanish is a plus. • Solid negotiation skills and the ability to persuade and influence at all levels within an organization. • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently while also collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. • **Preferred Qualifications** • - Experience working with financial institutions. • - A degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field. • - Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
