📋 Description

• Design, deploy, maintain, and operate network security infrastructure components. • Provide Level 2 / Level 3 support for security platforms, including firewalls and related technologies. • Perform operational tasks, including configuration changes, incident resolution, and infrastructure updates. • Support cybersecurity projects and participate in technical deliveries related to network security initiatives. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and service partners to resolve infrastructure and security-related issues. • Maintain and update technical documentation, runbooks, and operational procedures. • Participate in an on-call support rotation (approximately one weekend in six) to provide production support coverage.

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced/Fluent English • Strong hands-on experience in network security engineering. • Solid knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, SSL/TLS). • Proven experience (5+ years) working with Palo Alto Networks firewalls. • Experience supporting corporate security infrastructure in L2/L3 operations models. • Ability to perform tasks independently in a production support environment. • Experience with security processes, change management, and technical documentation. • Strong communication skills to interact with technical teams and stakeholders. • Experience with corporate firewall and network security technologies. • Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, PCNSA, PCNSE, CISSP).
