📋 Description

• Design, implement, and maintain SAP roles and authorizations. • Administer users, access, and authorizations. • Troubleshoot authorization issues using SU53, STAUTHTRACE, SUIM, SU24. • Perform Segregation of Duties (SoD) analyses and support compliance initiatives. • Support internal and external audits related to SAP security. • Manage incidents, requests, and changes using ServiceNow. • Participate in implementation, migration, hypercare, and improvement projects. • Coordinate activities with offshore and onsite teams, and business stakeholders. • Participate in governance meetings and periodic security reviews. • Ensure compliance with operational SLAs and KPIs.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience in SAP Security. • Advanced knowledge of: SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP Fiori, SAP BI, SAP BusinessObjects (BOBJ), SAP HANA Database. • Experience with user administration, role management, access provisioning, authorization remediation, and SAP security governance. • Experience with SAP GRC. • Knowledge of ServiceNow. • Familiarity with ITIL processes. • Experience serving as a technical lead or project lead. • Fluent in English. • Fluent in Spanish. • Availability to work during US and LATAM business hours.
