📋 Description

• Source qualified candidates for healthcare roles (RNs, LVNs, CNAs, HHAs, caregivers) • Conduct phone screens and manage interviews via HelloHire or similar tools • Use platforms like CareerPlug, job boards, LinkedIn, and Facebook groups for outreach • Collaborate with hiring managers to align on hiring needs and timelines • Maintain and update candidate records in the ATS and recruitment dashboards • Support document collection, license verification, and background checks • Track recruitment funnel metrics (application rates, interviews, time-to-hire) • Recommend improvements to hiring workflows and sourcing efficiency • Occasionally assist in recruiting for administrative roles • Work closely with a U.S.-based healthcare client to hit hiring goals and improve workflows

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of recruitment experience • Experience recruiting both skilled and unskilled healthcare roles (RNs, LVNs, CNAs, HHAs, caregivers) • Confident on the phone and strong follow-up/closing skills • Proactive, self-managed, able to juggle multiple roles • Creative sourcing via social media, job boards, and AI tools • Experience with CareerPlug, HelloHire, and LinkedIn Recruiter • Understanding of healthcare credentialing, onboarding, and licensing basics • Highly organized and detail-oriented for compliance tasks • Clear and professional English communication (written and spoken) • Comfortable working 100% remotely and willing to work US time zone schedule • Required technical setup: 720p HD webcam; noise-canceling headset; primary internet >=25 Mbps; backup laptop, backup internet device, backup power source; main computer at least Intel Core i5 with 8 GB RAM; backup computer at least Intel Core i3 with 4 GB RAM
