📋 Description

• Install a variety of energy-saving measures, including attic insulation (batts and blown), air sealing (caulking), LED lighting, showerheads, baseboards, thermostats, and electric water heaters • Perform minor repairs on windows, doors, and other household components • Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment from work vehicles • Ensure all installations meet program standards and quality guidelines • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues in accordance with utility specifications • Complete required documentation, reporting, and status updates daily • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site at all times • Support job site setup and breakdown at customer homes • Conduct combustion appliance testing to verify safe and proper operation

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in residential construction, field service, in-home customer service, or installation work • Basic plumbing and/or electrical experience required • High school diploma or GED required • BPI certification preferred, or willingness to obtain within 3–6 months (company-sponsored) • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Ability to work independently while also leading and supporting a team
