📋 Description

• Lead the Quality Assurance function across global operations • Develop and implement quality frameworks, scorecards, and audit methodologies • Monitor and analyze quality metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities • Conduct audits and ensure alignment with FCRA and regulatory requirements • Drive root cause analysis and support corrective action planning • Standardize quality processes and maintain clear, consistent documentation • Deliver regular reporting and insights to leadership on quality performance • Facilitate calibration sessions to ensure consistency in quality standards • Support training initiatives to strengthen frontline performance • Partner with Operations, Compliance, Product, and Engineering to enhance workflows • Own and optimize AI-enabled QA tools, including automated scoring and anomaly detection • Configure and refine prompt-based review logic and quality automation workflows • Support the ongoing enhancement of QA systems and automation capabilities

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in quality assurance, operations, or compliance within a regulated environment • Strong knowledge of FCRA, verification processes, and quality standards • Experience developing or enhancing QA programs and audit processes • Hands-on experience with AI-enabled QA tools, automation workflows, or conversational AI platforms • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Experience supporting audits, compliance, and risk management efforts • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders • Experience leading or mentoring team members • Strong attention to detail and sound professional judgment • PBSA Certification preferred • A dedicated home office space that is noise- and distraction-free with access to a reliable and secure high-speed internet connection. Cable or fiber internet connections (at least 75mbps download/10mbps upload) are preferred, as satellite connections often cannot support the technologies used to perform day-to-day task.
