📋 Description
• Lead customer training during Unanet engagements as directed • Leverage AI-powered tools and internal automations to drive efficiency in data migration, configuration, and client onboarding • Understand and interpret client's business and accounting policy requirements to configure Unanet to meet their needs, including invoicing requirements, revenue recognition, labor costing, cost accounting (i.e., cost pools and overhead allocations) • Initiate, execute, and support the customer throughout the implementation process to aid in their successful adoption of Unanet ERP • Coordinate and complete requirements gathering and configuration activities (e.g., core data load for projects, tasks, customers, employees, subcontractors, etc.) • Collaborate with supervisor to organize workload to support multiple, simultaneous implementations
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of ERP implementation experience • Experience in the AEC (Architecture/Engineering & Construction) industry • Experience with various accounting systems, project management, and/or practical accounting experience • Proficient working with and manipulating large data sets using Excel • Proficient at understanding and documenting complex business requirements and translating those into an actionable recommendation • Experience leading large and complex projects, serving as a client advocate and champion of implementation best practices • Familiarity with AI-enhanced productivity tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Unanet analytics automation, dashboarding accelerators) preferred • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field strongly preferred.
