🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of software development experience in an enterprise or similar setting. • Proven technical leadership and experience mentoring junior developers. • Experience leading and participating in code reviews to ensure adherence to standards and architectural guidelines. • Ability to thrive in a remote, contract-based environment with strong self-management and communication skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication for collaboration with architects, analysts, PMs, and business stakeholders. • Experience following established standards and best practices in software design and development.
