📋 Description

• Responsible for independently and timely preparing the monthly payroll • Act as a knowledgeable point of contact for clients, social security institutions and authorities on all payroll tax and social security matters • Prepare certificates and manage statutory reporting and notifications • Serve as contact person during audits (social security, payroll tax, etc.) • Collaborate with the founding team to improve the software by providing relevant practical insights • Support HR activities by helping shape future job profiles within the payroll team

🎯 Requirements

• Successfully completed further training as an IHK-certified payroll accountant (IHK-Lohnbuchhalter) or as a Payroll & Salary Specialist (Fachassistent Lohn & Gehalt) • Basic knowledge of social security law and payroll tax/employment tax law • Independent and conscientious working style • Very good German language skills • Ideally, prior experience with Agenda payroll software
