📋 Description

• Serve as the primary People partner to managers and leaders based in EMEA • Understand leaders’ growth strategy, operating model, and organizational dynamics • Translate business priorities into proactive People and organizational strategies • Identify risks and opportunities early • Partner with leaders on complex organizational decisions and embed People in business planning • Support organizational design, workforce planning, role clarity, team effectiveness, and leadership capability • Identify systemic issues and translate insights into recommendations and action • Use workforce, talent, and organizational data to inform performance, talent, succession, and organizational decisions • Adapt global People programs for regional needs and identify improvement opportunities • Drive adoption and effectiveness of People initiatives • Partner with People Operations and Legal on performance, conduct, organizational change, and complex people matters • Bridge EMEA leadership and the global People organization • Partner with People, Finance, Recruiting, Compensation, Legal, and other functions to align organizational and talent priorities • Influence across geographies and functions in a global, distributed environment

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience in senior HR Business Partner or People leadership roles • Experience supporting complex, high-growth businesses across EMEA • Ability to develop a deep understanding of a business and translate business strategy into proactive People and organizational strategy • Strong experience in organizational design, workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, talent strategy, and leadership partnership • Ability to influence senior business leaders and provide an independent, well-informed point of view on complex decisions • Pattern recognition and judgment to identify organizational risks and opportunities before they become visible problems • Experience developing or adapting People programs to meet business needs and driving adoption and measurable outcomes • Strong business acumen and curiosity • Experience working across global and distributed organizations, ideally with exposure to the complexity and diversity of EMEA markets • Strong relationship-building and influence skills across cultures, functions, and geographies • Ability to operate independently in ambiguity and create direction within scope
