📋 Description

• Reconcile and analyze the accounts receivable ledger, ensuring consistency between source systems (sales/billing) and the accounting records, which directly supports the reliability of the company’s financial information. • Calculate, reconcile and analyze other balance sheet and income statement (P&L) accounts, working in partnership with Finance, Controllership and other relevant teams. • Support monthly accounting close processes, focusing on continuous improvement of controls and reduction of discrepancies.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience: prior experience in accounting routines, particularly in account reconciliations (preferably accounts receivable) and support for monthly close. • Technical qualifications: knowledge of general accounting, chart of accounts, journal entries, reconciliations and preparation/analysis of the balance sheet and income statement (P&L). • Proficiency with Excel/spreadsheets. • Experience with accounting ERPs (e.g., SAP). • Personal attributes: organized, detail-oriented, analytical mindset, ability to work independently and strong communication skills to interact with different teams. • Nice to have: experience reconciling receivables (credit card, boleto) and revenue recognition knowledge. • Education: degree in Accounting (in progress or completed) and/or registration with the Regional Accounting Council (CRC).
