• Support the initial screening of resumes on our recruitment platforms • Schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers • Monitor the progress of selection processes and assist with organizing stages • Update recruitment information and tracking controls • Support communication with candidates throughout the selection process • Contribute to the organization and improvement of recruitment processes • Assist with automation initiatives and optimization of the team’s routines
• Currently enrolled in or have completed high school • Availability to attend the in-person apprenticeship course once a week in São Paulo (SP) • Interest in learning about Human Resources and Recruitment & Selection • Organized and detail-oriented • Good written and verbal communication skills • Curiosity and willingness to learn • Interest in technology, processes, or automation is a plus
