📋 Description
• Support the initial screening of resumes within our recruitment platforms • Schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers • Monitor the progress of selection processes and assist in organizing the stages • Update recruitment records and tracking controls • Support communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process • Contribute to the organization and improvement of recruitment processes • Support automation initiatives and the optimization of the team’s routines
🎯 Requirements
• High school — in progress or completed • Availability to attend the in-person apprenticeship course once a week in São Paulo (SP) • Interest in learning about Human Resources and Recruitment & Selection • Organized and detail-oriented • Good written and verbal communication skills • Curiosity and a willingness to learn new things • Interest in technology, processes, or automation is a plus
