📋 Description

• Own platform-native social strategy across X, LinkedIn, TikTok, and emerging channels • Develop and execute content and engagement strategies that drive measurable growth • Identify trends, conversations, and cultural moments worth engaging with • Build AI-powered systems and automated workflows to execute social strategy • Create feedback loops between social performance data and strategy • Own proactive engagement: identify and engage relevant conversations • Develop automated systems that handle routine engagement • Own execution end-to-end; strategy through measurement

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7+ years in social media strategy with demonstrated expertise in platform-native content and engagement strategy • Proven track record of growing social presence with strategic intent • Strong creative taste and editorial instinct for social content • 2+ years building AI-powered systems and automated workflows • Technical fluency with APIs, automation platforms, and integrations • Strong strategic thinker who takes things from 0 to 1 independently • Data-obsessed: builds dashboards, runs experiments, iterates based on signal
