• Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise-wide workflows on the Jack Henry Silverlake Core System • Collaborate with business units to map current processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement scalable automation solutions • Serve as the subject matter expert on workflow best practices and governance • Develop documentation and training materials for all automated processes including flow diagrams, SOPs, and risk assessments • Partner with the Core Banking Systems Administrator on managing core changes • Translate business requirements into technical specifications for workflow automation within the Jack Henry & Associates ecosystem • Work closely with IT, Operations, Compliance, and other departments to ensure workflows meet regulatory and business requirements • Adopt a commitment to environmental, social, economic, and racial justice
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field or 3+ years of experience in workflow automation, business process improvement, or systems analysis • Proven experience with workflow automation platforms • Experience with core banking systems (preferably Jack Henry Silverlake) preferred • Experience with Finastra’s Decision Pro preferred
