📋 Description

• Analyze personal and business financials for potential and existing loan customers. • Create comprehensive loan approval packages and identify any policy exceptions. • Present recommendations to senior management and credit committees. • Perform required monitoring of existing loan portfolio performance. • Assist in the due diligence process for audits and exams. • Maintain various loan related databases. • Utilize Power BI to create loan reports. • Embody a commitment to environmental, social, economic, and racial justice. • Apply curiosity and interest in our core values and pursue education related to sustainability practices. • Stay informed on legal context and regulatory requirements and prioritize completing all web-based compliance and IT training.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Finance. • Prior banking experience.
