📋 Description
• Conduct in-depth research and develop insightful case studies. • Collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders to support the harmonization of climate tech initiatives. • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with government agencies and other key partners. • Implement effective communication strategies to raise awareness and usage of policy data dashboards and case studies. • Monitor and evaluate policy impacts, providing data-driven recommendations for improvements.
🎯 Requirements
• Strong research and analytical abilities with proficiency in qualitative and quantitative methods. • Deep understanding of climate tech, sustainability, and green-sectoral policies. • Ability to write clear, concise, and comprehensive reports and policy briefs. • Proficiency in data visualization and presentation tools is preferred. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement. • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to address complex policy challenges. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Previous experience of at least 3 years in policy development or advisory roles, particularly in the climate or sustainable development sectors. • Experience of 3 or more years working with sub national government agencies or international organizations. • Understanding of the startup ecosystem and innovation policies. • Experience in stakeholder engagement and capacity building to drive policy impact. • Experience in developing strategies to build and maintain relationships with government agencies and other key partners.
