📋 Description

• Manage a team of Engineers: conduct 1:1s, performance reviews, hiring, and career development. • Own the technical roadmap for shared cloud infrastructure across Azure and AWS. • Set and enforce standards for infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Helm, Kubernetes). • Make technical decisions for application-layer infrastructure including Elasticsearch, RabbitMQ, and Redis. • Run sprint planning, manage cross-team dependencies, and keep delivery on track. • Lead post-incident reviews and ensure resolutions. • Work with Security and Compliance to maintain FedRAMP and SOC 2 controls. • Collaborate with Development, Product, and Security teams to prioritize platform requirements. • Represent the team in architecture reviews and planning discussions with leadership. • Use and promote AI-assisted tooling for engineering workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in Cloud Engineering, DevOps, or Infrastructure Engineering, with at least 3 years managing engineers directly. • Hands-on background with Azure and/or AWS (Kubernetes, microservices, and cloud security fundamentals). • Experience implementing and running critical production level SaaS products with high availability requirements (Elasticsearch, RabbitMQ, Redis). • Experience in or adjacent to FedRAMP-authorized environments. • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience with Azure DevOps. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
