📋 Description

• Design, develop, and deliver advanced workforce analytics, dashboards, and reports using Power BI, Snowflake, and Workday. • Build predictive and prescriptive models to support talent acquisition, retention, and engagement strategies while uncovering trends and drivers behind key workforce metrics. • Deliver executive-ready presentations and workforce dashboards that tell a compelling data story. • Collaborate with leaders to identify analytical needs and develop KPIs that measure workforce effectiveness and organizational health. • Partner with HR, Finance, Sales, Product, and IT teams to ensure data integrity across systems (Workday, Snowflake, ATS, Salesforce, etc.). • Define and maintain data governance standards for people data to ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance. • Design and enhance Workday data model to feed analytics and data pipelines. • Manage the team’s analytics backlog, prioritize tasks, and oversee delivery to ensure timely and accurate execution of projects. • Automate recurring reports and analytical processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics, HR Analytics, or a related field. • 8+ years of experience in people analytics, HR reporting, or data analytics. • Strong proficiency in Power BI, including report design, DAX calculations, and creating actionable visualizations. • Hands on experience with Workday (advanced reporting, calculated fields, integrations, Discovery Boards, or People Analytics). • Experience with Snowflake (data modeling, SQL queries, and data integration). • Solid understanding of HR metrics and data structures (headcount, turnover, DEI, compensation). • Excellent data storytelling, communication, and stakeholder partnership skills. • Understanding of data modeling and ETL pipelines to support efficient analytics workflows. • Must be proactive, able to work independently, and take the initiative to find and implement solutions for business requirements. • Highly collaborative attitude with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. • Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a willingness to embrace new challenges and learn continuously. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to convey complex data concepts in simple terms. • Experience with predictive modeling and ML/AI-based solutions is a plus.
