📋 Description
• Build and maintain ethical, peer-to-peer relationships with external infectious-disease experts and healthcare stakeholders • Provide balanced, accurate, and up-to-date medical and scientific information in response to unsolicited enquiries • Capture and report scientific and clinical insights to inform medical strategy, unmet needs, evidence generation, and policy development • Identify and collaborate with KOLs and clinical experts for advisory boards, expert meetings, and educational programs • Develop and maintain medical and scientific expertise in antimicrobial and anti-infective therapy • Engage with KOLs, clinicians, and healthcare professionals to establish product scientific credibility • Map treatment pathways and protocols within hospitals and healthcare settings • Conduct scientific exchange to support evidence-based practices and place in therapy • Ensure compliant dissemination of scientific data and medical information • Provide medical training and education to internal teams • Develop and deliver medical presentations and facilitate discussions at meetings and conferences • Provide insights to cross-functional teams supporting quality use of anti-infective products • Support symposia, webinars, and KOL engagements • Attend conferences, medical meetings, and institutional engagements representing Link Healthcare • Escalate adverse events, product quality complaints, and compliance concerns through appropriate pathways • Participate in audits, training, and compliance processes • Contribute to annual medical plan creation and execution • Deliver at least 6 actionable insights per month • Manage advance travel planning and maintain cost-effectiveness • Maintain compliance with Australian AMS principles, company policies, regulations, Medicines Australia/Medicines New Zealand codes, SOPs, pharmacovigilance requirements, and GCP • Keep filing, documentation, reports, expenses, and product sample records up to date • Participate in meetings and liaise with management and staff to ensure efficient project execution
🎯 Requirements
• Advanced degree (PharmD, PhD, MD) in a relevant scientific or healthcare discipline • Strong understanding of Antimicrobial Stewardship (AMS) policies and hospital treatment protocols • Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to engage and influence stakeholders • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams • Willingness to travel extensively across ANZ as required
