📋 Description

• Lead the regional Professional Services organisation and translate Global Services strategy into priorities, execution and measurable outcomes • Oversee programme portfolio health, governance, delivery predictability, risks and dependencies • Act as executive sponsor for strategic customers and high-profile programmes • Resolve significant customer, delivery and commercial escalations • Own regional revenue, margin, utilisation, forecasting and profitability performance • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and grow services revenue • Lead workforce and resource planning and optimise resource deployment • Develop leadership, skills and organisational capability • Partner with Sales, Finance, Product Management and Support across the customer lifecycle • Champion AI-enabled, data-driven and automated ways of working • Deliver against financial, customer, operational, people, AI and digital success metrics

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience leading Professional Services, Consulting, Delivery or Programme organisations • Proven experience managing large programme portfolios and strategic customer engagements • Experience leading geographically dispersed teams across multiple regions or countries • Strong commercial, financial and operational management experience • Demonstrable responsibility for revenue, profitability, utilisation and margin targets • Strong understanding of MSP, PRINCE2 and enterprise delivery methodologies • Experience within healthcare, diagnostic informatics, healthcare IT or software environments is desirable • Maîtrise professionnelle du français et de l’anglais • La connaissance de l’allemand ou du néerlandais serait un atout
