📋 Description

• Provide day-to-day operational and technical leadership across country support, costing and financing, and diagnostics strategy and execution • Guide associates and senior associates in responding to country requests and quality-assure their outputs • Serve as the first escalation point for country teams and monitor country-support demand • Oversee costing methodology, data quality, and consistency across programme countries • Lead the cervical cancer financing workstream and develop sustainable financing pathways, analyses, and toolkits • Lead learning agendas and cross-country learning products for costing and financing • Refine the diagnostics strategy for screening and precancer treatment technologies, including AI-assisted screening and near point of care HPV tests • Support country teams in planning deployment of AI-assisted screening tools, including regulatory, digital health, procurement, supply-chain, and service-readiness requirements • Lead multi-country and country-level funding proposals • Prepare periodic program and financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and re-forecasts • Manage and mentor associates and senior associates and support their professional development • Lead cross-functional coordination across CHAI’s matrixed teams • Shape materials, key messages, presentations, and technical communications for senior stakeholders and fundraising • Advise senior management on screening, treatment, and integrated cervical cancer elimination strategy • Evaluate and develop relationships with partners and senior external stakeholders • Represent CHAI in WHO’s cervical cancer Guidelines Development Group • Address emerging priorities and undertake additional tasks to advance program objectives

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree (for example, MBA, MPH, or a related discipline) • 7–8 years of progressively responsible experience in global health, management consulting, or a related field • Demonstrated experience leading global or multi-country teams and managing complex, high-value grant portfolios • Proven track record in country programs, product access, or health financing within LMIC contexts • Recognized expertise in cervical cancer prevention or the program’s technical area • Excellent relationship management skills, including experience navigating senior, political, and multilateral stakeholder relationships • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Experience creating and delivering high-quality presentations and decks • Willingness to travel internationally approximately 20% of the time • Experience working remotely with a decentralized team is an advantage • Experience working in and/or supporting low- and middle-income countries is an advantage • Professional fluency in additional languages is an advantage
