• Serve as the "Single Point of Truth" for customers once the sale is closed • Ensure a seamless transition from onboarding to long-term partnership • Manage a diverse portfolio with strategic and scalable engagement • Identify early warning signs to prevent churn and ensure renewals • Lead impactful Quarterly Business Reviews with decision makers • Drive contract renewals and identify expansion/upsell opportunities • Act as the "Internal Quarterback," orchestrating efforts across teams to deliver value
• Experience in customer success or account management • Strong relationship management skills • Ability to manage a diverse portfolio of clients • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Experience with strategic engagement and process-driven management • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making • Proficiency in engaging executive-level stakeholders • Ability to lead impactful business reviews and identify upsell opportunities
