📋 Description

• Research and maintain accurate records of target executive contacts, titles, and company information • Identify and add new prospective attendee contacts • Monitor and resolve data quality issues • Ensure consistency in database tagging, labeling, and record organization • Generate reports that surface audience data insights to inform business decisions • Build targeted call lists to support the attendee recruitment team's outreach efforts • Collaborate with Audience Recruitment, Marketing, and Production teams to maintain a steady pipeline of qualified attendee targets

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent project management skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; Previous CRM or database system experience strongly preferred • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Background in database management, audience development, administrative support, or event coordination preferred
