📋 Description
• Lead and manage legal aspects of debt and equity capital markets transactions • Oversee periodic reporting and regulatory filings • Advise on securities compliance and corporate governance • Provide strategic legal counsel to senior management and internal stakeholders • Supervise and manage external legal counsel
🎯 Requirements
• 8+ years of experience specializing in debt and equity capital markets transactions • J.D. from a top accredited law school • Strong drafting and negotiation skills • Excellent business acumen and judgment • Experience managing complex legal matters • Knowledge of U.S. securities laws and corporate governance issues • Deep experience in debt and equity financing • Collaboration with cross-functional teams • Impeccable attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
