📋 Description

• Design and implement secure, scalable, and innovative Citrix Platform architectures for centrally managed digital workspaces • Drive enablement of key features, optimizations, and integrations through technology partnerships • Work with Account Technology Strategists to develop and validate proof of concepts for target use cases • Move IT strategies into production using Citrix Platform capabilities, including virtual apps and desktops, zero-trust access, observability, secure endpoints, and secure developer spaces • Promote secure application-access best practices and identify and mitigate deployment risks • Engage stakeholders to align solutions with modern, secure digital workspace objectives and customer success • Collaborate with customers and Account Technology Strategists on deployment, configuration, and lifecycle management of the Citrix Platform • Provide advanced technical assistance and guidance to drive customer adoption, success, and satisfaction

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT architecture, systems engineering, or systems consulting with expertise in end user computing • Broad understanding of DaaS/VDI, applications, enterprise browsers, enterprise mobility management, networking, enterprise security, data management, and data analytics • Knowledge of cloud platforms and virtualization technologies • Familiarity integrating CVAD/DaaS products into enterprise environments • TOEIC score of 750 or higher, or equivalent English proficiency • Competent verbal and written communication in English and Japanese • Passion for technology and innovation and a proven forward-thinking approach • Strong understanding of business processes and their implementation into enterprise applications • Ability to quickly grasp and clearly explain technological and business concepts • Ability to work independently with limited oversight • Knowledge and experience conducting situation analysis, requirements definition, system design, and implementation for VDI, Zero Trust, network, endpoint management, observability, data security, and compliance • Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; equivalent experience considered • Preferred certifications include Citrix virtualization certifications, Microsoft Azure certifications, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, Google Associate Cloud Engineer, and updated security certifications
