📋 Description

• Lead onboarding calls and explain how working with CAS works • Coordinate setup between clients, the placement team, and newly placed team members • Flag early risks and escalate them quickly • Conduct proactive client check-ins and answer questions • Run regular reviews, trainings, and Q&A sessions over video calls • Create guides, templates, and email sequences • Identify opportunities to expand clients’ teams and support growth • Gather client feedback and share it with leadership • Document best practices and reusable engagement templates • Improve internal workflows and support team projects

🎯 Requirements

• 2 to 3 years in a customer-facing role such as customer success, account management, or client services • Clear written and spoken English, with the ability to explain complex ideas simply • Strong attention to detail and a client-first mindset • Interest in process improvement, documentation, and operational efficiency • Familiarity with tools like Slack, Notion, HubSpot, or Salesforce • Organized, responsive, and able to manage multiple clients • Comfortable working US business hours (or overlap) from home • Full-time exclusivity; must not hold other part-time or freelance engagements once hired • Conflict-of-interest checks may apply • Certificate of Employment from most recent employment required after hire • Valid NBI Clearance for PH candidates, Certified Background Check for LatAm candidates, or Certificate of Clearance for South African candidates required after hire • Character and professional reference checks • LinkedIn profile must be updated to reflect CAS as the new employer • Willingness to work a U.S. time zone shift • English-language resume/CV or LinkedIn profile
