📋 Description

• Serve as the first point of contact for new CAS clients • Support US accounting firms and businesses during implementation • Run onboarding calls and explain how working with CAS works • Ensure setup and account details are complete and accurate • Coordinate with sales and placement teams to flag early concerns • Check in during clients’ first months and respond to questions • Help clients realize value quickly and build partnership confidence • Support strong client retention after implementation • Create guides, videos, and current onboarding documentation • Collect client feedback and pain points for service improvement • Document best practices and improve internal workflows • Follow onboarding quality, security, privacy, MFA, and least-privilege practices • Collaborate through Slack, Zoom, shared task boards, and review cycles

🎯 Requirements

• Accounting or bookkeeping experience, or a strong background from an adjacent field with clear aptitude and enthusiasm for the space • 2 to 3 years in a customer-facing role such as client services, onboarding, or customer success • Clear written and spoken English, with the ability to explain complex ideas simply • Strong attention to detail and a client-first mindset • Interest in process improvement, documentation, and operational efficiency • Familiarity with tools like Slack, Notion, HubSpot, or Salesforce • Organized, responsive, and able to manage multiple onboardings at once • Comfortable working US business hours (or overlap) from home • Full-time exclusivity; must not hold other part-time or freelance engagements once hired • Must provide required employment verification and applicable clearance/background documentation • Must comply with reference checks and company monitoring practices using ActivTrak • Must be available and willing to work a U.S. time zone shift • English resume/CV or LinkedIn profile submission
