• Be the trusted guide candidates rely on from first outreach to long-term success. • Own the end-to-end candidate experience: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, onboarding, and ongoing staffer success. • Manage a portfolio of up to 50 active staffers, monitor productivity and engagement, resolve issues, and advocate for each staffer’s long-term growth. • Source qualified candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other platforms. • Coach candidates for client interviews and guide them through the offer process. • Conduct regular check-ins: weekly (Month 1), bi-weekly (Month 2), monthly (Month 3+). • Track staffer satisfaction and engagement through pulse surveys and regular conversations.
• Previous experience in recruitment, talent management, or staffer success. • Strong organizational and time-management skills; able to manage multiple priorities. • Excellent communication skills; confident in building relationships with candidates and clients. • Empathetic, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced remote environment. • Comfortable working EST 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM schedule. • Nice-to-have: Experience using ATS (Ashby) and other HR or productivity platforms. • Previous experience supporting remote teams across multiple regions.
