📋 Description

• Source qualified candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other platforms • Screen applicants, conduct interviews, and assess technical and cultural fit • Manage candidate pipelines in Ashby and maintain timely, professional communication • Coach candidates for client interviews and guide them through the offer process • Advocate for candidates throughout client interviews and onboarding • Coordinate with the Admin team to ensure smooth onboarding • Align expectations between staffers and clients from day one • Own a portfolio of up to 50 active staffers • Conduct regular check-ins: weekly in Month 1, bi-weekly in Month 2, and monthly from Month 3 onward • Monitor productivity, engagement, and well-being; address questions and escalate issues • Track staffer satisfaction and engagement through pulse surveys and regular conversations • Identify training or upskilling opportunities and recommend development paths • Recruit replacements when staffers exit • Advocate for staffers’ long-term success and value within CAS • Maintain secure handling of candidate and client information • Collaborate via Slack, Zoom, and task boards; follow predictable review cycles • Complete application, prescreening, skills and aptitude assessment, leadership interview, offer, and onboarding stages

🎯 Requirements

• Location: South Africa • Full-time independent contractor with exclusive commitment; no part-time or freelance work once hired • Previous experience in recruitment, talent management, or staffer success • Strong organizational and time-management skills; able to manage multiple priorities • Excellent communication skills; confident in building relationships with candidates and clients • Empathetic, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced remote environment • Comfortable working EST 9:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule • Experience using ATS (Ashby) and other HR or productivity platforms is nice-to-have • Previous experience supporting remote teams across multiple regions is nice-to-have • Must provide a Certificate of Employment from most recent employment • South African candidates must provide a Certificate of Clearance • Must comply with character and professional reference checks • Must update LinkedIn profile to reflect CAS as the new employer • Must comply with ActivTrak monitoring of company-provided devices • Must be available and willing to work a U.S. time zone shift without requesting or negotiating a different shift
