• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in government agencies and enterprise organizations, ensuring long-term business partnerships. • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the public sector and enterprise space, meeting or exceeding sales targets. • Understand client needs and align our products and services to deliver tailored solutions that drive value. • Navigate complex procurement processes, relationship dynamics, government regulations, and compliance requirements to secure contracts. • Work with enterprise clients to develop customized solutions, leveraging industry insights and business intelligence. • Partner with internal teams, including marketing, product, legal, and customer success, to deliver seamless client experiences. • Lead negotiations, RFP responses, and deal structuring to ensure profitable agreements. • Track key account metrics, identify opportunities for growth, and proactively address challenges.
• Minimum of 7-10 years in account management, sales, or business development, with a focus on public sector and enterprise clients. • Strong understanding of government procurement, contract vehicles, and enterprise sales cycles. • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with senior executives, procurement officers, and IT decision-makers. • Demonstrated success in achieving sales quotas and driving revenue growth in a competitive market. • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to understand and articulate complex technology or service-based solutions. • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, public administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
