📋 Description

• Collaborate with the managers/ clients on a regular basis • Attract candidates for technical roles using various sources • End-to-end recruitment process for technical positions • Prepare precise and clear job descriptions • Advertise, screen and shortlist resumes • Schedule interviews and manage candidates throughout hiring process • Maintain a database of candidate records, candidate relationships and perform data analysis • Regular monitoring and reporting

🎯 Requirements

• B.E. / B.Tech/ B.Sc/ BCA with IT background • Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office • Prior experience of recruitment and working knowledge of ATS. • Good understanding of HR terms and policies • Knowledge of Digital Marketing • Project management skills
