📋 Description

• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads and social media platforms including Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok • Handle day-to-day campaign execution, including setup, monitoring, budget pacing, and performance optimization • Develop audience targeting strategies, campaign structures, ad testing plans, and performance improvement recommendations • Track KPIs including leads, conversions, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and overall campaign efficiency • Prepare reports with actionable recommendations for clients and internal teams • Communicate directly with clients in a professional and proactive way • Collaborate with creative, strategy, and analytics teams to improve campaign outcomes • Support ongoing performance analysis and identify growth opportunities across accounts

🎯 Requirements

• Native Romanian speaker • Strong professional command of English (written and spoken) • Proven hands-on experience in performance marketing and campaign execution • Solid experience with Google Ads and paid social platforms • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a structured way • Good understanding of reporting, analytics, and performance interpretation • Confidence in client communication and account handling • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset • Performance-oriented attitude with a focus on measurable results • Experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Looker Studio, or similar reporting tools • Familiarity with conversion tracking and campaign measurement • Agency experience or experience working with multiple clients/accounts
