📋 Description

• Develop, recommend and implement an organic demand generation approach to create qualified commercial opportunities • Identify and test channels, tactics and activities most likely to deliver results • Create approximately 10 LinkedIn posts per week across the TEC company page and selected TEC representatives • Adapt content to each voice and audience using thought leadership, client proof, industry insights, events and relevant commercial topics • Identify and engage priority organisations and decision makers through personalised outreach, LinkedIn, email, industry events, partnerships, referrals, networking and other relevant approaches • Review results with Sales and Marketing • Adjust targeting, messaging, channels and the overall approach based on meaningful commercial conversations • Build a focused pipeline of target sports organisations and create qualified introductory conversations with potential clients • Work closely with the Head of Client Growth

🎯 Requirements

• Strong B2B business development, demand generation or account based sales experience • Proven ability to develop and implement demand generation or business development approaches, not just execute predefined campaigns or channels • Experience working with complex technology, software or digital solutions • Strong research, prospecting and account mapping skills • Confidence identifying and using the right channels and tactics for targeted prospecting, relationship building and organic demand generation • Ability to understand a potential client's business problem before introducing a solution • Strong written and spoken English • Comfortable working closely with both Sales and Marketing • Experience or an established network within sports, sports technology, federations, governing bodies, rights holders or live events would be a significant advantage
