📋 Description

• Design and build well-tested features and services, primarily in Go, under the guidance of senior engineers. • Participate in code reviews and pair programming to maintain code quality and share learning. • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes, including Kubernetes and infrastructure automation. • Help implement monitoring, logging, and alerting to support system reliability. • Collaborate with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to deliver scoped portions of larger technical initiatives. • Develop expertise in distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, and security best practices through hands-on work and mentorship. • Participate across the development lifecycle from design discussions through deployment.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience building and maintaining software systems professionally • Growing proficiency in Go; familiarity with another backend language such as Python is a plus • Basic understanding of AWS or GCP cloud infrastructure and Docker/Kubernetes containerization • Understanding of distributed systems fundamentals, including APIs, messaging, and data consistency • Experience with CI/CD tools and automated testing practices • Familiarity with observability practices and tools for logging, metrics, and alerting • Basic understanding of application security principles such as OWASP • Strong communication and collaboration skills with distributed, cross-functional teams • Ability to work under general guidance and progressively take on independent ownership • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience • Exposure to LLMs, prompt engineering, or model evaluation pipelines is preferred • Comfort with React and TypeScript is preferred
