📋 Description

• Assist DOM with iManage Services. • Execute a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with DOM. • Provide support to the Division of Medicaid (DOM).

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to create and publish workflow forms and electric workflow processes to reduce paper dependency. • Ability to create and customize forms from scanning and data capture. • Ability to effectively communicate in English verbally and in writing • Ability to interact with and translate between technical staff and business users regarding business and information technology needs • Strong listening and problem resolution skills • Demonstrate strong analytical skills and critical thinking skills • Ability to be flexible, multi-task and work within deadlines • Ability to work as a part of a team or independently
