📋 Description

• Manage and execute regulatory and compliance processes, including Bacenjud, CCS0011, and Bacen Correios; • Monitor metrics, review performance, and propose new solutions or data providers for KYC and customer data updates; • Conduct KYC and KYB processes, including business validation and professional license verification; • Validate tax identification numbers and perform criminal background checks; • Investigate and eliminate false positives in risk and compliance workflows; • Implement and improve KYC rules and processes; • Manage manual review queues and onboarding overflow processes; • Perform rechecks and maintain up-to-date customer records.

🎯 Requirements

• SQL knowledge; • Experience automating and building using Claude Code, Droid and any other LLMs; • Data analysis with dashboards and spreadsheets; • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; • Grit and ownership spirit; • Strong analytical skills with logical reasoning; • Big attention to details; • Ability to keep learning new things while constantly improving what we are already good at; • Fluent English; • Excellent organizational abilities; • Enthusiasm and passion for technology; • Proactive attitude.
