📋 Description

• Support the creation and growth of our **CDB funding book** from the ground up • Interface with **Investment Platforms** • Monitor market conditions to identify the **best timing** and **strategies for CDB issuance** • Track competitors and benchmark rates, volumes, and strategies across the market • Build and maintain reports and controls using **Excel and SQL** • Analyze data to support decision-making on pricing, funding, and allocation • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to structure and improve financial products • Use **AI tools** to enhance analysis, productivity, and insights

🎯 Requirements

• ~1+ year of experience in **financial markets, preferably with CDB or fixed income products** • Experience in **banks, brokerages, or financial institutions** dealing with similar instruments • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data • Working knowledge of **SQL** • Proficiency in **Excel for controls, analysis, and reporting** • Understanding of **how CDBs work**, including market dynamics and funding strategies • **High agency**: ability to take ownership and drive things forward with autonomy • Adaptability and comfort working in a fast-changing environment • Interest in **using AI as part of your daily workflow** • Experience using **AI tools for analysis or automation** • **Advanced English**
