• Own the end-to-end recruiting strategy and execution for all physician and APP hiring for our In-Home Care program. • Partner with clinical leadership across New Jersey and Georgia to understand workforce needs, define hiring goals, and build a scalable recruiting function. • Develop and manage relationships with residency/fellowship programs, professional associations, and other key sourcing channels. • Identify and attend conferences and events to increase brand recognition and build talent pipelines in target markets. • Serve as the subject matter expert on clinical recruiting, mentoring and upskilling other members of the recruiting team and contract partners. • Analyze data and market trends to drive continuous improvement in our recruiting process, reporting on key metrics to stakeholders.
• You have significant full-cycle recruiting experience with a proven track record of hiring physicians (MD/DO) and Advanced Practice Providers (NPs, PAs). Strong preference for having a vast network of clinical talent and proven experience hiring these roles across New Jersey. • You are a highly autonomous, strategic operator who has experience building and scaling a clinical recruiting program, ideally from an early stage. • You excel at building trusted relationships and partnering with senior clinical leadership to drive hiring strategy and execution. • You have deep experience in proactive sourcing, building talent pipelines, and managing relationships with academic programs and professional associations. • You are passionate about Clover's mission to improve every life and are energized by the opportunity to build the teams that deliver care directly to our members.
