📋 Description

• Work with the VP, Technology Strategy and other CLOVTech leaders to develop and maintain the enterprise architecture strategy, roadmap, and standards, aligning them with business goals and technology trends. • Lead the design and governance of enterprise-wide architecture frameworks, patterns, and best practices. • Evaluate and recommend technology solutions, platforms, and services that support the organization's current and future needs. • Collaborate with CLOVTech and business stakeholders to define and implement architecture solutions that enable business capabilities and drive innovation. • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, ensuring adherence to architectural standards and best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• You possess a deep understanding of enterprise architecture principles, methodologies, and frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman) particularly within healthcare. • You have extensive experience in designing and implementing complex technology solutions in a large-scale enterprise environment, with a focus on scale, modular design, AI, and cybersecurity. • You are skilled in communicating complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Business acumen centered around healthcare is desired with a minimum of seven years as an enterprise architect. • You are passionate about driving innovation and leveraging technology to solve business problems. • You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working with diverse teams to achieve common goals, fostering a culture of innovation. • You are a strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate future technology trends and their potential impact on the business.
