📋 Description
• Own the payments strategy for the group • Define and implement the payments strategy • Manage the ElenPay roadmap and expansion • Integrate PSP with banking house services • Run payment capabilities as a house function • Develop scalable infrastructure for future payment rails
🎯 Requirements
• Think in strategy, not just roadmap • Comfort in defining a category and prioritizing a backlog • Knowledge of Bitcoin payments landscape • Experience with Lightning, channels, liquidity, routing economics, and LSPs • Understanding of payment infrastructure trends • Commercial mindset regarding PSP fees, routing fees, and pricing • Ability to operate autonomously in high ambiguity situations
