📋 Description

• Acquire a full understanding of the payment processes and Treasury functions • Check payment details prior to authorisation of bank transfers and payments • Complete assigned tasks within allocated timeframes • Investigate and resolve queries with counterparty banks • Perform corporate dealing within money markets and trade within approved guidelines • Negotiate FX deals with counterparty banks on a best-execution basis • Maintain effective communication between the Treasury department, internal departments, and counterparty banks • Identify process gaps and propose solutions to management • Escalate payment information and issues to the manager and carry out the manager's instructions • Support ad hoc Treasury and reporting projects • Adhere to Anti-Money Laundering requirements, internal controls, and policies for Money Transfer services

🎯 Requirements

• Banking or FX-related experience • Diligent, conscientious, and accurate • Excellent attention to detail • Excellent teamwork skills and ability to communicate and work effectively with colleagues • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a busy environment • Polite and professional in all communications • Flexibility with hours of work from time to time • Ability to present information clearly and concisely to management • Understanding of the regulatory environment pertaining to money transmission businesses in Ireland • Ability to adhere to internal controls and procedures and explain regulatory considerations to customers professionally • Commitment to treating CluneTech Group resources, processes, and people with respect, honesty, and integrity • Commitment to achieving uniform high standards through continuous training and assessments
