📋 Description

• Develop screens, reports, features, and business rules in C# according to specifications • Write clean, maintainable code using software development best practices • Deliver high-quality, testable code within agreed deadlines • Participate in technical meetings to improve understanding of requirements • Understand the impact of deliverables and seek agile ways to execute them • Learn new tools and programming languages • Understand the solution’s architecture, modeling, and design, and translate them into code • Identify issues and impediments that affect deadlines • Promote the adoption of best practices within the team • Seek solutions to support deliverables • Identify issues in the existing codebase and implement improvements • Support less experienced developers • Provide support to developers in the manager’s absence, when necessary • Use the CMCorp framework • Map risks and impacts associated with new implementations or product changes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field • Solid experience with C# back-end development and SQL Server or Oracle databases • Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.) • Experience with HR ERP systems, particularly personnel administration/payroll modules • Experience developing RESTful APIs • Experience with .NET Core, Web Forms, and MVC • Experience with Azure DevOps • Knowledge of DDD, SOLID, and design patterns • Secure software development experience • Knowledge of programming best practices, including Clean Code • Proficiency with Visual Studio • Experience with Git and/or Team Foundation Server (TFS) • Knowledge of system performance best practices • Experience with microservices • Preferred: Microsoft certifications; RabbitMQ/Kafka; Redis; Elasticsearch; NoSQL databases (Datastore, MongoDB, and DynamoDB); software testing (TDD/BDD); React and Angular • Soft skills: interpersonal skills, resilience, ethical conduct, proactivity, and commitment
