📋 Description

• After a focused onboarding phase, you will immediately take responsibility in business-critical projects. • You work on equal footing with clients and translate your visions into scalable architectures. • We provide the space for autonomous action without stifling regulations. • For us, the technical outcome and the economic sustainability of the solution matter. • You will work in an environment of senior engineers and like-minded professionals. • Our focus is on passionate technical exchange, an open-source-first approach, and continuous development at the highest level. • As we sometimes support our clients on site, a moderate willingness to travel (approx. once per quarter) is required.

🎯 Requirements

• You have at least 5 years of demonstrable experience in professional development with Rust. • You master concurrency patterns and the Go ecosystem at an expert level. • You are used to advising clients at a professional level. • You can structure complex matters and present them confidently to groups — you are technically skilled and rhetorically assured. • You are willing to share Go code or project references with us (preferably attached to your CV or via a repository link). • You can communicate confidently in both German and English in technical discussions and represent yourself clearly in both languages—in team and client interactions. • This key position is only filled on a full-time basis.
