📋 Description

• Join exciting client projects directly after a fast and appropriate onboarding period • Develop high-end software for renowned market leaders and global players • Advise clients at C-level and architecture level • Take on consulting responsibilities and actively contribute to code development from the initial client contact through project completion • Support clients in balancing future-oriented technologies with economic sustainability • Develop modern technologies and scalable architectures in line with established best practices • Independently determine the best technical solutions • Exchange knowledge and collaborate with internal open-source and engineering teams

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of demonstrable professional experience developing with Rust • Expert-level knowledge of memory management and concurrency • Experience providing professional consulting services to clients • Ability to structure complex topics and present them confidently to groups • Strong technical expertise and excellent communication skills • Willingness to demonstrate Rust code or project references • Fluent German and English communication skills for technical discussions and interaction with teams and clients • Willingness to travel occasionally to client sites, on average once per quarter • Full-time commitment • Knowledge of or experience with Rust, Go, TypeScript, Python, C++, C#/.NET, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, CouchDB, MQTT, React, Vue.js, Svelte, Ruby on Rails, Docker, Kubernetes, BalenaOS, NixOS, Grafana, Prometheus, GitLab CI, GitLab Actions, AWS, and Azure
