📋 Description

• After a short and appropriate onboarding phase, you will immediately start working on exciting projects with full autonomy. • You will of course have a work buddy at your side to provide advice and support. • You will meet clients on equal footing and be able to implement your ideas and solution approaches. • You will take on advisory roles and actively develop code — from the first client contact to the completed project. • You will help our clients find the ideal balance between future-oriented technologies and economic sustainability. • You have the opportunity to advise clients according to your own ideas and vision. • Modern technologies and scalable architectures are central, while you consistently keep established best practices in mind. • You have the freedom to independently find the best solution without being constrained by regulations.

🎯 Requirements

• Rust expertise: You have at least 5 years of demonstrable professional experience developing with Rust. • You master memory management and concurrency at an expert level. • Consulting mindset: You are used to advising clients at a professional level. • You can structure complex issues and represent them confidently in front of groups — you are technically proficient and rhetorically confident. • Proven results: We do not evaluate empty promises. You are prepared to show Rust code or project references (preferably attached to your CV or provided via a repository link). • Communication skills: You can express yourself confidently in technical discussions in both German and English and represent yourself clearly and confidently in both languages — both within the team and in client interactions. • Commitment: We are filling this key position exclusively as a full-time role.
