📋 Description

• Contribute to the delivery of strategy consulting engagements for executive management teams • Support executive management teams in addressing their growth and development challenges, particularly for mid-market companies • Support investment funds throughout all stages of portfolio management • Work primarily within the Private Equity & Corporate practice • Occasionally contribute to engagements across CMI’s other business practices

🎯 Requirements

• Currently pursuing or soon to receive a degree from a leading business school, engineering school, or university • Strong interest in strategic issues and the challenges they present • Ideally, prior experience in Private Equity or Corporate, a strategy or management consulting firm, a strategy/development department, mergers and acquisitions, or a related field • Preferably a six-month final-year internship; alternatively, a six-month internship during the second part of a gap year • Strong command of French and English • Curiosity and openness toward CMI’s other key areas of activity • Independence, intellectual curiosity, strong listening skills, analytical and synthesis abilities, and excellent writing skills • Positions are open to candidates with disabilities
